Is everything really RM5?

Yes. Every item on our shelves is RM5, SST included. Items sold as a set (like a 3-pack of sponges) count as one item.

Can I pay by card or e-wallet?

Yes. We take cash, debit and credit cards, and DuitNow QR at every branch.

Can I exchange a faulty item?

Yes, within 7 days with your receipt. Bring it to any branch and we'll swap it for the same item or any other RM5 item.

Do you do bulk orders for door gifts or events?

The price stays RM5 each, but for orders of 50 items or more we pick and pack them for free. WhatsApp us at least 3 days before your pickup date.

How do I check if something is in stock?

WhatsApp us a photo or the item name and your branch. Our staff will check the shelf and reply.

Do you deliver?

Not for now. You can order on WhatsApp and collect at the counter, usually ready within an hour.

When does new stock arrive?

Every Thursday. Popular items usually sell out before the weekend, so come early.

Door gifts & events

50 items or more? We pack them for free.

For weddings, birthdays, school or office events. Still RM5 each.
