Since 2014, SS2 Petaling Jaya
We open the box before you do.
Every unit is checked against its serial number, powered on and tested at our SS2 counter before it is packed for delivery. If it is not right, it does not leave the shop.
When something goes wrong later, you bring it back to us, not to a call centre. We handle the warranty claim with the brand.

What our customers say
4.7 out of 5 from 6 reviews
-
Mapped our double-storey terrace on the first run. I set a no-go zone around the cat's water bowl and it has not touched it since.
Farah Z., Subang Jaya
Novu RoboClean S8 Robot Vacuum & Mop -
Installed at the Cheras store while I had lunch. Wiring is completely hidden, and the rear camera caught the number plate of the car that hit me in a car park.
Kumar S., Cheras
Volta D2 Front + Rear Dashcam 2K -
Bought it during the haze. The PM2.5 reading drops from 80 to single digits in about 20 minutes with the door closed.
Jessica L., Petaling Jaya
Kairo AP400 Air Purifier -
Noise cancelling is great on the KTM. Case is a little thick for my shirt pocket but battery lasts me the whole week.
Amir H., Shah Alam
Kairo Buds Pro ANC Earbuds -
Ordered on WhatsApp at 11 a.m., the van dropped it off before dinner. Already made ayam goreng twice.
Nurul A., Kajang
Lumio Crisp 5.5 L Air Fryer -
Charges my laptop and phone together from one plug. Gets warm with both running but never hot.

Questions before you buy
Is everything genuine stock?
Yes. We only buy from the brands' local distributors and every unit carries a local warranty card. We do not sell parallel imports or refurbished units as new.
How do I order and pay?
Add items to your order list and tap Send order on WhatsApp. We reply to confirm stock and delivery, then send an FPX or card payment link, or our DuitNow QR. In store we also take cards and e-wallets.
How fast is delivery?
Order by 3 pm on a working day for same-day dispatch in the Klang Valley. Other parts of Peninsular Malaysia take 1-3 working days, Sabah and Sarawak 3-6 days.
What if my gadget stops working?
Within 7 days of delivery, factory defects are exchanged 1-for-1. After that, bring it to either store or send it to us with the serial number, and we handle the warranty claim with the brand.
Can I collect from a store?
Yes. Choose self-collect when we confirm your order and pick it up at SS2 or Cheras the same day. Bring your order number from WhatsApp.
Do you install dashcams?
Yes, free with any Volta dashcam bought from us. Installation takes about 40 minutes with a hidden cable; WhatsApp us to book a slot.
