What we do
Six steel trades, one yard.
From a 1,200-tonne warehouse frame to a single feature stair, every job is detailed, fabricated, coated and erected by our own people.

01Structural steelwork
Portal frames, multi-storey frames, transfer beams, pipe racks and platforms, fabricated in our yard and erected by our own crews.

02Staircases and balustrades
Feature stairs, external escape stairs, service stairs and cat ladders, with glass, bar or mesh balustrades made to fit on the first visit.

03Gates and fencing
Sliding and swing gates prepared for automation, perimeter and anti-climb fencing and guardhouses for factories, schools and homes.

04Canopies and awnings
Drop-off canopies, covered walkways, car park shades and station forecourts in glass, polycarbonate or metal deck, drained and detailed for tropical rain.

05Mezzanine floors
Bolted steel mezzanines for storage, plant rooms, offices and retail, with stairs, pallet gates and edge protection, usually without new footings.

06Architectural metalwork
Facade screens, vertical fins, perforated cladding, louvres, pergolas and feature ceilings, made to the architect's drawings and fixed true on site.

The yard
One yard, one contract, one team.
Everything happens under one roof in Seksyen 15, Shah Alam: detailing, cutting and drilling, welding, shot blasting and painting, then loading onto our own lorries.
Because we do not subcontract the fabrication, the person who checked your shop drawing is a short walk from the welder building it, and the crew who erects it on site.

Five stages, each with a named person responsible and a written record you keep at the end.

Quotation
Send drawings and the specification. We return an itemised price with tonnage, finishes and programme.
5 working days

Shop drawings
A 3D model, shop drawings and connection details go to your engineer and architect for approval.
1 to 3 weeks

03
Fabrication
Cut, drilled and welded in Shah Alam. Every weld is inspected and recorded before coating.
2 to 10 weeks

Coating
Blasted to Sa 2.5, then painted, powder coated or galvanised, with film thickness measured.
1 to 2 weeks

05
Erection
Our crews and cranes erect to a lifting plan, then hand over the QA dossier.
1 to 12 weeks
Finishes
The right finish for every exposure.
We specify the coating with you from the start, by location and use, and record the film thickness of every member before it leaves the yard.
