Prices and information
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We check product details and prices carefully; if we find an error after you order, we will contact you before going ahead.
Orders
An order sent through WhatsApp or this website is a request. It becomes a contract when we confirm it, the price, the payment method and the delivery time in writing.
Payment
We accept the payment methods stated when we confirm your order. Goods remain ours until paid in full.
Delivery
We give an estimated delivery time with each confirmation. Delivery to East Malaysia usually takes longer than to Peninsular Malaysia.
Warranty and returns
See our shipping and returns policy where it applies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
