Set it in the morning and come home to fresh rice. The Grain adjusts heat as it cooks, so nasi lemak rice stays fluffy and brown rice is not chalky.

The 1.8 L pot cooks up to 10 cups, keeps warm for 12 hours and has a porridge mode for bubur on sick days.

Care

Keep the box and receipt for the warranty period: we will ask for the serial number.
Use the charger and cable that came in the box, or one with the same rated output.
Wipe with a dry microfibre cloth; never spray cleaner directly on buttons or ports.
For long storage, keep batteries at about half charge in a cool, dry place.

Delivery and returns

Order by 3 pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day in the Klang Valley (RM10, free over RM200). Elsewhere in Peninsular Malaysia it takes 1-3 working days; Sabah and Sarawak 3-6 days from RM20. Large appliances are delivered by our own van in the Klang Valley.

Factory defects within 7 days are exchanged 1-for-1. After that, the brand warranty applies and you can bring the unit to either store or send it to us; we handle the claim for you.
