Overview
Pipe racks leave no room for error: every bent has to land on its foundation bolts and every tier has to line up for the piping contractor. We surveyed the as-built foundations before fabrication and adjusted the base plates to suit.
The rack was erected in a working plant under the operator's permit-to-work system, with zero lost-time incidents over 20 weeks.
